Dr.
Craig Hamilton |
Dr. Craig Hamilton joined Fort Wayne Urology in 1979. Dr. Hamilton
completed his residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis,
Indiana and Indiana University Medical Center. He received his
degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Hamilton
is board certified and a member of the American Urological Association
and ISMA. Dr. Hamilton has three children and enjoys gardening,
running, fishing, and sailing. |

| Originally
from Evansville, Rhys attended Vanderbilt as an undergraduate. His
medical school and residency training were completed at Indiana
University. He has been practicing urology in Fort Wayne since 1985.
Special areas of interest include the treatment of cancers, stones,
pediatrics, and alternative treatments for prostatic obstruction.
He is involved with instructional programs encompassing a wide array
of topics and age groups. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys
a variety of outdoor activities. |

Dr.
Satish Velagapudi |
Satish
Velagapudi, M.D., joined Fort Wayne Urology in January 2004. Dr. Velagapudi
was born in Bangor, Maine. He received his medical degree and completed
his urology residency at the University of Pennsylvania School of
Medicine from 1981 to 1992, and completed a urologic oncology fellowship
at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, in 1993. Dr. Velagapudi has
practiced academic medicine as an associate professor at Roswell Park
Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York and |

recently at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. He
is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow
of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American
Urologic Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Society
of Surgical Oncology and Society of Urologic Oncology. Dr. Velagapudi
has expertise in urologic oncology with a focus on prostate, bladder,
kidney and testicular cancers. In addition to treating cancer, his
professional expertise includes minimally invasive surgical approaches
for treatment of urologic diseases and stones. Dr. Velagapudi and
his wife Christine have one daughter. Aside from spending time with
his family, he enjoys outdoor activities and traveling. |
